MODERATORS

Just migrated from Reddit to Lemmy. On Reddit, I used the setting “hide posts after downvoting or upvoting”.

Is there a similar setting for Lemmy, so my feed shows only posts that I haven’t seen?

I think not yet, but it's certainly a necessary feature. Ideally on Lemmy directly, but also could be added faster on apps such as Jerboa.

It would be great to be able to just swipe away posts, whether voted on or not.

If you are using the web interface, you go to profile, settings and uncheck the "show read posts" box.

No. You can hide posts you open with the user setting show read posts on the web-ui.

I need this for comments! Makes big comment posts much cleaner when I can collapse all the threads I've already gone thru.
