Simple is right. Any home handyperson could have made a ramp for the 3 or 4 steps up to that platform in a couple of hours.
Just wait until she learns that she received an award from a disgusting corporation that facilitates tax fraud and financial fraud on a massive scale... Then she'll really be crying.
