I don't like Hamas I just hate the Zionists more.

Red Star argues that “to support a resistance without Hamas is to support something which does not exist. It is to support no resistance at all.” But Marxists do not have to limit ourselves to supporting existing political forces. If this were the case, we would not be able to argue for building the socialist movement anywhere where it did not already exist.

Yes, violent organized resistance to active genocide and apartheid has the same level of urgency as attending your DSA book club meeting once a month in the imperial core

As the saying goes, you go to war with the army you have & not the army you wish you had.

We criticize Hamas not to justify Israel’s assault on Gaza nor to isolate ourselves from the Palestinian struggle, but to win more US workers to oppose Israel’s war. If we were to remain silent on Hamas, or even worse to support them, we empower the right-wing of the labor movement to block our efforts to mobilize unions against this war.

The right-wing anti-communist labor unions that has been funded by think-tanks all the time?

Why should we win their support?

As far as I'm concerned, Hamas and Ansrallah should be CRITICALLY supported, and whatever faults they have, don't amount to as much of Israel's previous and current bombings of Gaza and oppression in the West Bank and Jerusalem.... Criticism can start by the end of this war....

Look at Israel and tell me, is anyone supporting them going to do some self-reflection response on whether to stop after giving a disproportionate response to a response?

As for them getting egged on by Netanyahu's gov't to do so, let their plans backfire hard as to reckon a bloody response, by Hezbollah and Iran's response...

There, the Zimbabwean-style road to liberation against settlerism and hafrada shall commence...

tl;dr: AFL-CIO was neutralized and co-opted for anti-communist and anti-national liberation means by the U.S.A's C.I.A....

isn't this the same group that went to Cuba and snubbed Diaz-Canal, met with "dissidents" and then wrote a lengthy article about how Cuba was bad and won't listen to other voices on "the left?"

Merely supporting palestine makes you Hamas already, so what’s the point in fighting it?
