I am not into Batman lore but from The Dark Knight movie, it seems clear that Wayne Enterprises did work for the US military (most polluting organization in the world) in some capacity. So it makes zero sense in trying to explain this to Batfash.

I won't comment on the second part but as for the first part, i don't think you understand what an eco fascist is. An eco fascist is not just someone who is willing to commit violence for the sake of environmental protection. At most you could call this kind of person an eco terrorist, but terrorism is a political label which depends on your viewpoint...
