Really don't need a conspiracy for this: Only rich people can afford it. Shit like this is dangerous.

Rich people can afford to get themselves killed in all kinds of outlandish ways. The rest of us have to have car accidents or something.

I really don't feel that bad about the crew/tourists. They trained for months and paid lots of money. Consent doesn't get more informed than that.

play stupid games, win stupid prizes. i don't know how anyone in thier right mind would think this is a good idea.

Most of my questions on this revolve around things like what flag was the ship under that let them do this.

these are not tourist attractions. at best they are protected historical sites, but really its a freaking water tomb, there is no reason to be jaunting to the bottom of the sea for fun.
