Thats a really interesting read. I may jump back into this. Just too bad there are so many other games coming out soon.

It says it's not locked to the DLC area, but is it locked to the DLC, or are the core changes universal?

According to the interview in this article, they want to bring the changes to everyone, even if you don't buy the xpac.

Thanks. I did look through the OP article and didn't see it mentioned, but I was at work and didn't click through links to see if anyone mentioned it.

I was thinking they probably would, but seeing that that's the plan might be motivation to give it another playthrough. It was already pretty close to what I wanted it to be, but some of the little inconveniences pushed me away.
