I'd be surprised if there were none

Still going to bring my pride flag to the local parade and celebrate this year though

I ain't going to be afraid to be myself in the face of the bastards who want to take my rights away

I'm queer, I'm here, get used to it.

They did the same last year, FYI.

Not to downplay it, though. If anything, just means don't drop your guard ever, especially during Pride.

Better make sure we party extra hard, then.

Unfortunately this is a thing to generally be careful of at pride events. Remember we do this because there are people who would rather we don't exist and lately they've been getting bolder again. Have fun and all that, but that's not the only reason to be at pride

Remember prides used to be a march and not a parade.

So we better just hide and vanish?

No just be alert and, if you can, bring a backpack with first aid or other protective/countermeasure stuff. I always bring my protest bag with me it has impact goggles, respirator, earplugs, water, and a bit of first aid. Sometimes I bring my pride baseball bat but not as much now that my body is telling me my past injuries are more permanent than I thought so I'm more about defence x.x

No, march but be aware and keep safe

And practice the buddy system

We are stronger and safer together

I've currently got a group of a few people coming with me to some of the events this year during pride month
