Did anybody play this game franchise? While it was tactical it was the bomb, after that it just lost me. I lost soooo many hours of sleep to this game.

Now we're talking! I love the SF games too. SF2 is probably my favourite, but only because it was the one I played as a kid. Nothing has really matched up to these 2 games for me though, not 3, or the CD Game gear ports, or fire emblem or advance wars.

Check out https://forums.shiningforcecentral.com if you haven't already. Lots of SF fans there, and some mods and remixes (more for SF2, some for the original) to help spice up replays.
