And it has, the more I work on my PTSD the less of a problem it is
I haven't had a panic attack in 6 months at this point, and it's been a massive boost to my mental health.
Just like knowing I might have a panic attack causes a feed back loop that can lead to one. Having the confidence in myself that I won't have one can help to prevent one.
I know I'm just a random dude on the Internet but I'm very proud of you for getting where you got to.
I appreciate that takes a lot of time and effort and you've done a lot to get where you are. I wish you the very best.
