OK well, first dose of Elvanse this morning, seems gentler than the Ritalin / methylphenidate. I'm more patient and chilled. Still couldn't be arsed to hoover the kitchen though! ๐
I used to start to feel strung out on methylphenidate mid afternoon, so we'll see...
Metylphenidate does cause a lot of anxiety... but is manageable i find.
