I am not even going to answer to the first part because you are just making yourself look ridiculous.
However I am going to say that your second part makes you even look even more ridiculous. You just cannot grasp the concept of other people being able to do two things at the same time.
I am indeed capable of criticizing a foreign government AND my government at the same time.
However in this context one has nothing to do with the other.
So I am going to say the line again and again until maybe you start to understand it.
Whataboutism
Just because my government (which btw you have no idea where I am from) is shit does not in any shape or form excuse any shit behavior of ANY other government.
My initial take was never about the Chinese government and simply pointed out what a shit idea a mobile execution unit would be.
