Before 0.18.2, whenever I posted something from my instance, and that post contained an image, I would get the spinning animation on the button and after like 5 minutes I would get some error (likely a timeout). But despite that, the post would actually show up, so it was probably timing out on some confirmation stage.
But after I updated the instance to 0.18.2, it's been working fine, so hopefully it stays that way
