Damn, you must hate cucumber water.

Could be a courgette, that's a much more common vegetable soup ingredient.

I randomly had a Mason jar and a cucumber (for homemade sushi, not butt stuff) and decided to do some hippy shit and threw sliced cucumber and strawberries with filtered water in the jar. It was actually pretty amazing.

Ordered cucumber limeade once thinking it would be a refreshing cucumber-tinged beverage and it turned out to be more like a lime-tinged glass of thick cucumber glop. It actually tasted pretty good but the milkshake-but-a-cucumber vibe was just too much.
