That pesky Equal Protection Clause; always getting in the way of mah' authoritah!

Yet knowing this SCOTUS, they don't care about the fourth, fifth, ninth, tenth, and fourteenth amendments.

Conservatives don't even need to overturn the ninth. They just flatly ignore it.
