Cassiel's Servant, by Jacqueline Carey. It's Kushiel's Dart, as told from Joscelin's pov. Out in August.

It got delayed, because the author lost her parents and covid hit and such things did a number on her life. I saw a recent author photo, and she lost one hell of a lot of weight, in a bad way.
