I, being someone who works with computers, have had some luck with most of my favorite subs being here already.

Despite that, some of my hobby ones still aren't here. NFL exists, but it's the same as nothing so far. Soccer I couldn't find at first, maybe today it already does? Also, no sign of fantasy football.

I also followed a bunch of History subs, but looks like most people in Lemmy only care about science and technology.

Tell us, what is missing for you?

I've got my politics, I've got my world news, techstuff, gaming & memes. I'd like to see picture subs like earthporn more populated. They're currently pretty empty. Also missing content in my regional Austria sub but that will solve itself if the reddit exodus continues.

Agreed, along with cloudporn, waterporn, and others. I also really enjoyed the "imaginary___" picture subs, like imaginarycityscapes, imaginaryvillages, imaginaryarchitecture, imaginaryinteriors, and so on. There was some really beautiful and creative work there.

it will continue but probably not to the point where you'll see niche subs getting big.
