This also what most cellars look like in Europe if your building hasn't been constructed in the last 70 years.
Yup, they all look the same. All commie blocks in the country were mass produced in the same exact way.

Yeah looks like most shared basements in my city. Every apartment has a private lock up like you can see on the right hand side in the image with the number 6 on it.
