What's the song with the repeated lyrics "after the rain again, after the rain again"? (lemmy.world)

It's a classic techno song that might be described as EuroTrance. I think I've heard the song but I'm asking for a friend. It's possible it might be an instance of the Mandela effect because the song can't be found anywhere.

Could it be Underwater Love by Smoke City?

That has the lyric, "After the rain comes sun, after the sun comes rain again'

It's quite downtempo though so possibly not. Or maybe a remix?
