A promising description:

Welcome to a stunning and spacious property located in the serene and picturesque community of Ocklawaha, FL. This beautiful home boasts a remarkable curb appeal, thanks to its landscape, large front yard, and front porch

Would you dare to request a tour?

To be fair they do tell later in the description that an investor can just use the lot to park their mobile home.

Looks like a meth lab out in the middle of a swamp lol

It almost looks to me like a renovation that ran out of money, and then either had a squatter for a few months or the person lived there on a shoestring budget for a few months

To me it looks like there was a meth lab explosion, then the owner got in there and started doing some repairs but then gave up halfway and decided to just sell it off

The mold or electrical fire after putting up drywall would have really hurt from a diy reno perspective

Well see, the siding needs to be replaced and then you'll notice that layer between it and the studs needs replacing. You can check the wires then. But don't wait to long replacing the wiring, Florida weather is coming soon. We still need to...

When I was getting my house ready to sell after a significant amount of damages, I had everything in a pod so I could clear it out. I lived for 3 months with an air mattress, a desk make out of scrap lumber, and the one tv that wasn't smashed propped up on a chair that was only somewhat wobbly. Even though I ordered new appliances the day they were destroyed, the good old supply chain issues left me without a stove, microwave, washer and dryer. I ate a lot of pizza rolls cooked in an air fryer I borrowed. I did get a $20 toaster over to cook frozen pizza.
