Not able to Login to kbin.social (lemm.ee)

I received the confirmation email and when I ran the link, it just opens up the registration page of kbin.social. When I tried logging in, it said that the account is not active. Are new registrations closed?

I had the same issue at the very beginning...try copying the link and pasting it in the browser
