Stare, no. Women hate that and think you're a creep. But honestly it's kind of a reflex. My subconscious notices a female ass and/or tits are on display I will glance before I realize what I'm doing. Sometimes, when my conscious catches up and I realize she's a wilderbeast I'm like "why body, why? Why you do this to me! I didn't want to see that!"
