Punisher is a good man. He's got a creepy van filled with guns.
Not anymore, he's got a futuristic motorcycle with lasers on it
Also he's a different guy who does the same thing as the other one
Also that first guy is now in the monster dimension after getting divorced by his wife who was brought back from the grave and then stole all his money
