This shows nothing about RBR dominating vs the rest. This mainly shows how badly Perez is performing vs Verstappen.

It definitely shows RBR dominance that their 2nd driver is still in 2nd place despite being 99 points behind.

I was more making a general commentary based on observations through the season so far. It's undeniable how dominant Max has been, but it won't be like that forever (hopefully... we need better fights at the front).
