Brooooo SAME. "I cant sleep because I'm distracted because I crave a distraction because I should be asleep but I cant sleep so I'm upset and so I'm craving a distraction" was a real vibe last night
I actually did write out what was keeping me up, but I decided not to post it because it was the sort of stuff that would make everyone question if I'm actually ok, mentally. I'm fine most of the time, I feel completely fine on the vast majority of days, but there's something about trying to sleep at night that triggers crises in me some nights
