Weren't they using blue flo-vis?
No, it's actually painted. They even x-ed (or tweeted) about it.
I doubt they use blue flow-vis by the way, since their main color (at least where there is paint) is blue.
You're right, it's painted. I saw that later.
I was trying to remember, because I saw a car covered to the brim in blue flo-vis, and it was one of the blue cars, but I can't remember which one it was. Could be Alpine, Williams, or even RB.
I thought I saw a picture of a Williams with orange flow-vis.
But then again, I saw a lot of pictures with flow-vis the past few days, so I might be wrong....
Edit: found it! Sorry for the crappy picture, just out of sheer laziness I took a photo of the picture on my monitor...
Williams has been using different colors. Could well be them. The've used yellow, orange and pink, I think. Maybe they also used blue. But I'm pretty sure someone used blue.
I would like this as a livery.
