My cat weighs all of 5 pounds and it takes two grown adults to restrain her enough to give her medicine, or worse, the dreaded butt thermometer.

Yeah they can wriggle out pretty well when you're trying to restrain them. Brought one of mine to the vet recently for antibiotics, and she was having none of it.
