I kinda have no idea but i tend to want to do things out of my range or hard nerdy things and ive very limited with tech, like i want to make a video game but i dont know how to code or what engine/framework to use, ive also wanted to make a movie but im limited on what i have and i feel like i suck at most stuff and i feel lost at the moment.
Those are pretty huge things, that actually cost a ton of money to do in the first place. Learning how to code can be fun, free, and can help you earn money down the line in hundreds of ways. After you have built up some skills you could tutor your friends for cash.
Figuring out the individual steps for your end goals is really the first step. If you want to make a movie, how will you earn the cash for the budget? Who will write it? Where will you rent the equipment and props, and hire actors? Then where will you show it, and advertise? Each of those things individually could be a place you focus your energy on learning.
Let me give you an advice, it probably sounds too boring but really the fun things don't come without some pain. If you want to make video game, you can set that as a goal but know the road to it will not be easy. In fact, nothing worth your while will be easy. Say you think building video game is going to be fun, go on a video game dev forum to ask for suggestion on where to start. There will be a lot of advices online and from people, you just need to pick one that you think you can achieve to start with. Not one that you think is the most fun. Pick one you think you can finish. If nothing sounds right, try a different subject than video game making, but do the same thing: ask / find advices and pick one that you can finish.
Finish the first step. Finishing things itself is fun and is how you discover what really gets you going.
