How is HK income so much higher than mainland income
Hong Kong is an economic hub of commerce becuase of its strategic geography. That is why the British Empire colonize Hong Kong and why the Pax Americana use Hong Kong as an example of Capitalism and 'benefit' of colonialism with the assumption that geography of Hong Kong does not affect its economic success.
Also HK is a city while mainland encompasses poorer rural areas
Because is being single out from the rest of China. If you do the same with any big city is going to be green against the rest of the country.
