So, what are y'all cooking? I smoked some pork belly burnt ends.
Hot dogs and nachos. Keeping it simple as I try to last until 3am.

Just made some black bean and sweet potato chili. Can't post pictures right now, but it is delicious.

Only thing I ended up cooking was a cheesecake lol.

Oh I love cheesecake. It's just a coincidence that it happens to be the Super Bowl I cooked it for. Someone mentioned it and I decided I had to have one.

What type of smoker did you use?
Mid size Traeger at 230°, 3 hrs smoke, 1 hr braise, 1 hr opened to reduce the sauce.
