Oo I like that way of thinking about it. Cables just seem to accumulate in like 10 different places and yet I can never find one when I need it.
we used to have a doom-drawer full of tangled cables but recently my partner put all the cables on hooks on the back of a hallway cupboard door - different cables loop over different hooks, they're not tangled, and you can see all of them at once!
Damn that's a pretty good idea
