Before Trams where Electrified around 1900s, some Tramways used Steam locomotives like these (Also known as Tram Engines)

These like their Full Train counterparts, had the main Steam Engine and passenger carriages separated, making for a fascinating Visual unlike any Electric Trams you can find Nowadays. Yet today they have been all but entirely Forgotten
Not sure about this ones origines. But yeah most likely a Museum Tram out for a ride! Not sure about where the coal might be stored. Couldn't find anything on that
