If you want to see who needs a guarantee and help them out, please visit this page. First check that the instance is not obvious spam of course ;)

Please visit the GUI and solicit a guarantee there: https://gui.fediseer.com/solicitations

If you specify a target instance, they will receive a PM to guarantee for you. Otherwise someone will see it and check you out.
