It depends now I commute on separate bike lane about 5 km and it takes me 10min.
When I was commuting in city without much infrastructure the same commute (6 km) it took me about 30 to 45 min.
But it is doable in about hour (I usually aim to have 17 km/h average speed on bike with bags).
