Its not exactly that but his position is that a Palestinian imam convinced Hitler to kill Jews instead of expel them.

If you read his tweets you'll realise a truly disturbing number are paraphrasing Mein Kampf, just with Jews in place of Aryans and Arabs in place of Jews.
