How about the order of the contents? I actually have both installed but use Komga exclusively because Kavita always wanted to order my comics their way and not in the way I wanted (folder order).
Ahh, I tag my media using Mylar3, which adds a
ComicInfo.xmlto each file. Kavita seems to prioritize that over the filesystem.
