Goodluck, you can basically buy a server anywhere use it as a tunnel.
Basically or if you are paranoid use a dVPN like mysterium network. Plenty of options out there tbh.
Then they might block OpenVPN and/or Wireguard protocols in general. But there are ways to bypass this too.
Edit: saying this because there were precedents here. But yea, it was in a more extreme situation where "they" didn't care about breaking other things on their way.
