They just seem to be automated posts from reddit, with no comments.

I never actually read them because I kind of boycotting Reddit and can't really interact with them anyway, so they just clog up my feed.

Does anyone else find them annoying?

There seems to be a lot of low-effort/bot posting on those, and I'm guessing with time different defed lists may be made for communities that don't want spam.
