Who gives a shit if its good...sorry I'm on the same vibe as OP in that our greed has to ruin literally everything because people can't just control themselves for a second and think big picture.
Yeah, there's nothing in the rulebook that says supply has to meet demand for nonessentials like fucking mezcal. I like mezcal but it's not a requirement.
Look into Bozal. My husband says they replant and other good stuff. Too lazy to look it up right now
