The people who have the budget don't care about the end result quality or how in-line it is. Only that it makes money.

The people who have the passion to make it true to form, and entertaining to play, don't have the budget or legal team.

And they won't play nice with corporate suits (meaning they won't bend over and compromise quality for profit) so the people who have the budget have no interest in the people with the talent.
