Yeah, technically a PMC — they're not having much luck recruiting, though. Check out these threads by ChrisO_wiki: 1, 2.

They're not alone in doing so either. Gazprom, the national energy company, is linked to three PMC entities fighting in Ukraine. Yet while the proliferation of PMCs is helping make up losses from the VSRF, it's hardly a good sign for Russia's longterm stability for every oligarch to have their own private army.
