@Platform_Journalism @ajsadauskas @australianpolitics there's nothing in any of the documents I've read that specifically mention blogging or bloggers, just journalists, press and media. So that could mean it'd be up to any blogger to prove they'd deserve the freedoms reserved for the press (but not the rest of the population) in a court, which is chilling.
So basically only who the government recognises as media are given special rights. This could not be abused at all
