I'm a moderator of https://kbin.social/m/Ukraine_UA . We are growing pretty fast. The only problem is that Lemmy users can see posts only ~3hours after I've posted it.

Are you asking why the content appears ~3hours later? Honestly I don't know the answer to that question, I'll have to search for an answer too
