He built large chunks on his own, and sat with me the whole time we built it. About 2,500 pieces

I was hesitant to get him into Lego, since a lot of kids his age just get parents to build things and it sits.

He builds and plays with it a ton. We also have a police station, a couple jets, and my 90s Lego sets we've built
