A year...probably not the hardest thing to do. Done it more than one time.

With Internet?

Counterstrike or WoW. By the end of that year I'd have full lvl 70s fully geared out on my account... Or be Global Elite in CS and could play competitively.

No internet?

Hard to say. I only really play online games...however maybe something from Paradox Interactive.

Is it cheating to consider CK and EU a single game?

Crusader Kings II with all of the expansions maybe and transition into Europa Universalis to continue the file?
