When I was playing dying light with friend we discovered that every timw you go to sleep and wake up air drop will appear, if you don't know air drops are pretty rare and if you collext them and deliver to one guy you will recieve lots of xp, we used that multiple times to unlock grapling hook very early. Air drops also gave lots of medicine which was hard to get in early game and that very helped us

In the GBA Pokémon games. I realized the Safari zone counts steps, but not shifting directions in the same square. But the chance to encounter Pokémon occurs when you shift directions. So you can tap up, down, left, right and change direction in the same square and have an infinite # of Pokémon encounters without taking steps. It made catching rare safari zone Pokémon much easier.

I remember 25 years ago or something playing Pokémon blue and being able to exploit infinite master balls. That was one of the greatest exploits ever.

this would of been worth it's weight in gold on the playground back in the day.
