The player standard that it's possible or reasonable to expect a corporation to ignore its deadlines and delay games indefinitely until they're perfect.

Stop pre-ordering and buying games on release day. There's nothing more ludicrous than the guy who complains he's constantly being disappointed by games they buy on release. Don't be a dummy. You're responsible for your own misery. Let other people be the guinea pig for you.

Yes, I have been discovering the games I enjoy the most recently have been out for years and just keep getting tweaked and updated.

No Mans Sky apparently sucked when it came out, but when I tried it recently it was super cool and fun. Same goes for Destiny 2 and Warframe!
