That choice at the end of gears of war 5 was so fucking jarring. I don’t think they can recover from that. It was already not a great fame but yeah the ending sucked so much

Honestly, it feels like the story in gears games is usually nothing more than a carriage for cool fights. I really enjoy them, but I can't say I've ever become attached to the characters.

The first three are very close to my heart. And exactly for thsoe reasons. But there were never outbof the blue moral choices to be made. That choice at the end ripped me out even more. Jarring
