even compared to ps4 or other consoles the ps3's 30fps is responsive and fluid. I compared gta5 on ps3 and ps4 and the game had better input lag and the moving image didn't look like jerky shit like on ps4. I think ps3 has a special way of handling frame pacing

PS3 looked smooth because they used tons of post-processing effects like motion blur to hide the shitty framerate.
