I used to watch people like the Northrups, Thomas Weaton or Kai Wong, but it starts to be repetitive watching them all the time. Do you have any youtubers that are not cringe and add some value to this hobby?

A lesser-known one: Joshua Peg.

I started watching him because I've got the same camera (Canon 250d). He strikes me as an earnest amateur who's learning his ass off, and who wants to pass on some of that knowledge and encourage others.
