What do people do for lunches? I’m having one of those days where I want something but I don’t know what. Stare in the fridge, stare in the pantry, decide I don’t want anything but know I’ll end up eating too many biscuits because I’m hungry. And I know it makes no sense to stare in the fridge and pantry, because I know exactly what’s in there because I did the shopping!
In the office today so it's a sandwich (pickle and lactose free cheese),some fruit, a little cucumber and cherry tomato mix, and a little jelly cup.
Soup and a sandwich. Both can be minimal - eg cupasoup and peanut butter. If you want to get fancy put a couple of slices of bacon in the peanut butter sammo.
Fry up some mushrooms, onions and sausages (or your choice of protein). Add eggs, mix vigourously. Put into warm tortillas and wrap them up.
Have a pickle/salad/sauerkraut on the side.
10 minutes from fridge to plate.
Eggs. Scrambled, omelette, sunnyside up on toast.
Today I air fried a few dim sims and made a ketchup/aioli mixture dipping sauce
